Tens of thousands dead, a virus still very much in the open and a government more bent than a paperclip governments don’t reduce national debts, what they mean is reduce the % to GDP. Paying down debt is deflationary and leads to disaster in a fiat-based monetary system. It's alright we're all nice and safe and a lot better off with the lovely tors In power. What a wonderful world. let's address the actions of the incompetent government of the last decade, shall we? Not much point moving into make-believe. I just need "will of the people" and "send them all back" for a line. Not really, this government has borrowed every last penny and then some. I wouldn’t attribute topping 2 trillion pounds in debt to a party that hasn’t been in government for a decade. I thought austerity was meant to solve all of our problems financially? But Labour isn't in power. This is the result of ten years of Tory fiscal corruption. T. O.
