  I was scared stiff at the start seriously worried thinking something was going to kill us if we even dared go outside. They were partying the whole time, no fear just smug partying whilst everyone else was worried, everything was closed businesses lost, loved ones passing away alone, parents of newborns some not even being able to hold their own babies as born so early all whilst they were partying laughing at everyone else. I really hope the general public stand together and say no more, screw your restrictions, don’t even try a lockdown, no matter what variants come about let’s just live with it and live together not a divided society as they’ve tried to create. It’s time to move on and not be dictated to.

Not only should the Prime Minister resign now but some of the government who also were involved too . How can any of us have faith in such people to be in the government who override the very rules they have put before all the people in this country? I hope she uses the power, she does have to make an example of the Government. It will show those members of the public that still are saying "he did his best, forgive and forget.", that she is annoyed with their behaviour and she respects the public for following their rules and condemns their behaviour.

 How many of us have questioned why this should be? Wait, I am not quite understanding what this 'party' entailed? Were they at work all day, then gathered after work for drinks afterward? It's not entirely clear to me what she in fact did. It sounds like they just hung around work late and had a few drinks, which in itself is against what they were asking others to do for Covid's sake, but at the same time, it doesn't seem like it could have caused a great deal of damage, which was probably their thinking. None of this behaviour is a surprise anymore, quite frankly it’s disgusting how much of this underhand behaviour has gone on.

 When Boris thanked his workers many were on the beaches, Bournemouth was all over the news. On the day the person from the Sun gave his goodbye speech the Pubs were open, it would have been less safe to give the speech there though, much better after work in their family bubble. Andrea Lewis-Taylor Medical staff were doing dances together on YouTube, some NHS held meetings in their doctors own gardens over dinner. Teachers held leaving thank yous I have relatives that work in schools and I can tell you individual teachers like some public broke every regulation in the book.

 This change will most likely not be seen this year, however it should be known that this subject has a direction which includes our everyday lives. There is no doubting that COVID is real, that part is not a conspiracy. For me, I think we all just need to be more considerate of each other. If you’re sick, don’t go out and spread it. If you were around a sick person, let others know that you interact with. Also, our jobs should better support sick leave and the health concerns of their staff, i.e., don’t come to work if you are sick. If you have the opportunity to work from home, take it. Go back to letting people accrue sick time instead of this STD (short term disability) nonsense or in addition to.

  Kerry Smith your totally right there..my husband works in a mobile phone shop and youd be surprised the muck that people phones have on them ..hes found poo marks, saliva ,food and other weird smears people dont wash their hands after the loo and other things so its always good to wash hands anyway when back from going out. Paul Reeves I had it recently for the second time and I’ve had bad sinus pain, weak legs, a sore throat, fever for one day, fatigue and prickly heat rash. It’s still way milder than when I had it in March 2020. My husband was a bit weak, but my children didn’t have a single symptom.
