The children's right for education must be garanteed by government, even if parents aren't able to provide it. I am sure that the elder generation people didn't have access to education because of their parents.

 This is despite having asthma and having had an emergency admission to hospital due to my asthma. Yes, my asthma is under control but the government new guidelines regarding asthma state an emergency hospital admittance as being criteria for being in Group 6. This is also the view of Asthma U.K. My doctors can not do anything about this apparently and I can find no information on who to contact about this. Very frustrating. When will it be available to book online though? 41 with medical conditions and drs confirmed I'm in this group, but says I'm not eligible to book yet says only our 65 or critically extremely vulnerable still. My parents rang gp in North west today both 66 and dad diabetes and he can't book yet as they're waiting for delivery of the jab. I should be impressed with what we are being told about the vaccine roll out but I have heard from some community nurses in the area where my 94 yr old mother lives that there are thousands still waiting for their first jab, my mother included.

 Just saying - I know at least 4 people who got theirs that way. We run a social care company and cannot get a straight answer on how our staff can get the vaccine. Initially we were told they couldn't have it, as its not elderly care. Then we were told the local authority would contact us and provide a notice of eligibility, but we did not hear anything. We have tried to find information from GP surgeries and were told again that we are not a priority. The advice from Government for front line social care staff is to contact your employer... but what happens when the employer doesn't know? I honestly cannot wait to have my jabs. Feels annoying to be so far down the list but happy my parents and in laws will all have had their first jab by the end of today. I see lots of comments on who thinks should be prioritised based on job. This would be very difficult as EVERYONE thinks their job is important and needs to be done now.

 Can't imagine how terrible everything must feel for some of the people waiting for help, especially those in pain waiting. At 42 I had to wait four years for a competent doctor to send me for an X-ray! I didn’t want to moan, I’m British, stiff upper lip and I’m a man lol Result? Severe degenerative Arthritis so no, Yoga would not have help as I could barely walk! Sciatica for four years?! Takes a lot for me to lose my temper but the pain impacted every single aspect of my life and still managed to hold down my job, just... They kept asking me how I did it? I don’t over do sport or ballet, that’s not my job to answer surely. Once found out though the treatment and total hip replacement was incredible, literally walking after three weeks, people asked how I felt. I felt normal! With a tear because that felt fantastic!! now waiting for the other one but used to the pain which is reduced by knowing what the problem is, “your too young” to be taken seriously.

 All the evidence is that vaccines are safe, and it’s the internet that disseminates junk science put around by the anti-vaxx movement. All the science proves their safety, there is a consensus, and parents need to make decisions based on all children. Anyway there’s quite a few anti-vaxxer horror stories out there, where those parents had to learn the hard way, because their child caught whooping cough or measles and subsequently died. But what if they trial it on healthy kids see it works on them but then they trial on unhealthy kids and these kids have bad reactions I think that would be a risk has the vaccine been trialled on unhealthy adults with underlying conditions or was it trialed on healthy adults because it is my understanding only unhealthy adults those with underlying health conditions that will receive the vaccine in the 16 to 64 age group but if that's the case and they're using a vaccine trialled by healthy adults and using it with those with underlying health conditions they don't know it will work or if they'll have bad reactions.

The reality here is this child would not be learning better in a classroom, When you have four or five of this type of child in a classroom they do not move forward unless they get extra support, Social skills yes, but academic learning no. Teachers stand in front of a room and this child would not get the one on one that she so obviously needs. With her mom she is getting the attention she needs. So good job Mom! I am sorry that it has fallen on Mom but she now knows who her daughter is. Many parents are about burning out. We go to work, then do household stuff and homeschooling. We don’t have time for relaxation just after kids are in bed in the evening. And then? About an hour later we go to sleep too due to tiredness of long day.

But unless you’re an economist, an engineer, or anyone with a real understanding of the project or what it’s trying to achieve, I’m not sure how anyone myself included can say whether it’s bad or not? Can we? So, as I say, nothing is going to change it, HS2 is coming, so we either have to look at what is coming in the good, because a lot of good is going to be created, or put up with it.  There should be more open discussion about physical changes for women both with the onset of menstruation, childbirth and menapause, thankfully more is discussed now, but there is still a lack of education for youngsters, at least they have finally included menapause in the school curriculum took society long enough!  Her lack of trust caused you a lot of misery. I was one of 4 females in a home where one parent worked we always had sanitary protection same as we had soap and toothpaste. We didn’t have mobile phones, salon nails, hair extensions. Depends what the priorities are of the parents. By the way sanitary products cost under 50p a pack in supermarkets. Unpopular opinion maybe but the ones I use are 55p for a pack of 10. Asda's own brand nighttime sanitary towels. I have very heavy and prolonged periods and these are the same thickness/absorbency/softness/scent as branded products but just way cheaper. Not a chance would I pay 4-5 times more for branded ones that do exactly the same job. You're basically paying for the company's tv adverts, the products are very similar. No point throwing money away for the sake of it. Just my opinion. Elke McCormack It's not a case of being "better than nothing" - not all cheaper products are inferior to their branded counterparts (contrary to what advertising makes people believe).

Who do you think will pay for the nhs is there are no small companies left... you stay in and let people make a CHOICE and the people that wish to live alongside a virus that has a 0.03% chance of killing them can go about there day. Don’t being afraid to live.. you might as well be dead then. There is nothing on this God's Earth that will stop you from contracting a virus - not lockdown, not masks, certainly not social distancing. The only reason you have not contracted this virus is that 99.6% of the population are immune to it and you are one of those in the majority, ie. MOST people will not contract it! No-one has died FROM this MILD virus - those who have died, have die with it - just the same as if they had caught a cold.

 Are you all ready to give up your life's luxuries and donate the money to charity instead? I did enjoy hearing on our local news that a Devon fabric company had made/provided the parachute to aid the landing. It reminded me of a 1960/70s BBC comedy The Men From The Ministry (a very funny programme about bumbling government civil servants). The episode titled The Big Rocket had a line that Britain’s contribution to a moon landing was a ‘wing nut on the right fin and made in Birmingham’. I’m glad we don’t waste money this way. In the days of yore a time lost to time when the ancestors gathered and the drums were brought and various tones and beats were played but then the drum decided they will speak and since then they have been talking evoking the deep feeling of the heart mind and soul . Talking drums of the ancestors. Drums that vibrate the spirit and soul. Drums that teacher wisdom.

 Our kids wear masks all day every day, sit 6 feet apart, do not mingle with other classes, eat lunch In their classrooms, teachers switch classes instead of students, recess is with 1 class at a time, etc. (high school students do switch classes). When a child tests positive, everyone that was within close quarters is quarantined along with them and tested too.....they have done a wonderful job . Stop making this political....get these kids back into school! We know children are at lower risk of catching the virus and almost no risk of serious disease (yes there are rare rare instances but there are rare rare instances with other cold viruses and flu viruses and we do not take these measures).

Celine Dion Death Metal my heart will go on shirt

 Since August she was remote, then got new remote teachers a month later, then went to face to face for two days, then home bound for knee surgery, then face to face 5 days and now virtual due to exposure from another student. I have a daughter with severe autism. This past year has made her regress so much. No body cares about the impact it makes on these special needs kids. She HAS to have interaction with other children and teachers. Don’t get me started on therapies she has missed bc of this pandemic. We have let all these children down by keeping them out of school this long. Literally follow the science people. Our kids have been in school ALL year and not one covid case in this county has been traced to a transmission at the schools or by one of the children.

  The coldest it might get in San Antonio is 40 degrees. It's been below 15 degrees. They had over 6" of snow with ice. They aren't used to any of this. Also buildings/homes/water pipes aren't insulated like they are in other states that do normally experience cold winters. Hollis Nickas I meant no mean spirited comment. I was looking at the interior of buildings had dripping water through the finished ceiling and a fair bit of accumulation on the floor. Wouldn't the building have a cut off valve and in fact several through out the building? Leaks happen for lots of reasons. Where you know you have freeze likely & you know your going to need water & you definitely don't want to risk the pipes freezing,
