Bryan Collier ..yes, I agree and I see your concern too. But think about my comparison from before. That is what you do with the sea floor and that has nothing to do with fishing in its inner sense. It's just erasing everything that has ever been there and it remains brutal and inadequate. The economical side, yeah of course I see it and it is existence threatening, absolutely. But a clear sign to reduce the fleets and especially the giant vessels I mentioned before too so that the smaller vessels can have an outcome without destroying everything. I think I just lost a whole chapter, but the main point of my idea was that there is a large difference in dredging oysters and using a "giant monster Caterpillar...sucking up human beings" as we have evolved into a self aware, sentient, apex predator species with the will and capacity to defend ourselves and survive.
