Did anyone of you trolls even read the story? If so you would know that BBC is not saying that nuclear spy devices are causing floods but in fact just reporting that some ignorant people believe that to be true. Trolls! Are you advocating to hang the messenger? Get a life and read the bloody story! The Soviets made considerable use of similar technology to power things in the Arctic, like navigation lighting. Those devices are just lying about, and number in the hundreds, abandoned. I'm disappointed the article didn't reference that, as it's a far more common thing than most people realize.
