The powers that be just want cars off the roads. What will they do when this happens and there is no tax from sale of petrol? Maybe the cyclists will pay?? Also by setting speed restrictions at 20mph rather than 30mph all they are doing is leaving the cars engines tunning for 50% more of the time do 50% more pollution!
