This is not on . There are so many homeless people in all towns. We need to do something fast . Even if we had spare land and built little bungalows . Where they could have an address to get benefits and to keep warm . We are getting more like a third world country step up England. That's just so sad, this 'new' benefit system needs looked at as a matter of urgency, this will not be the only case of people dying or having serious difficulties, people need to report on anything they are aware of, inundated the dwp until they do something constructive, we cant allow this to happen again.
